En Ajaxian, muestran una comparativa de los navegadores web actuales en situaciones normales, no en benchmarks, si no en uso extendido.
- Safari 3.1: Gestor de memoria bastante pobre en la versión Windows.
- Firefox 3: Se notan los esfuerzos realizados en esta versión, debido al escesivo gasto de la versión 2.0.X
- Flock (basado en Firefox 2.0): Este navegador cada vez promete más, y mejora el rendimiento de Firefox 2
- Opera 9.5: En cuanto a nivel de control de memoria, estáal nivel de Firefox 2 o Safari 3. El nucleo Kestrel no es ningún motor revolucionario.
- Internet Explorer 8 beta2: Mejora claramente a sus antecesores, pero habrá que ver como evoluciona en versiones beta más maduras.
